Terms of Service

Introduction & Acceptance

Amptune is a per-user decision engine offered as a platform. It operates in three stages: Shape derives per-user state from the events you send; Rules makes declarative, rule-based decisions from that state; and Reach delivers the resulting decisions across multiple channels, including Web Push, the Apple Push Notification service (APNs), Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), in-app banners, and server-rendered variations.

The service is operated by Moltke Benjaminsen ApS (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using Amptune, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Private Beta

Amptune is in a private beta. Access is invitation- and key-gated, and may be limited, throttled, suspended, or revoked at our discretion. Features, APIs, and behavior may change during the beta without prior notice. We may introduce, modify, or remove functionality as the product evolves.

Accounts & Eligibility

You may hold one account per person and must register with an accurate, current email address. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service, consistent with EU data-protection norms for digital consent. We may disable or suspend accounts for cause, including violations of these terms.

Acceptable Use

• No unlawful content or activity.
• No spam, and no abuse of push or other delivery channels.
• Do not send notifications to end users who have not consented to receive them.
• Respect the privacy of end-user data routed through Reach.
• No reverse engineering of the platform, SDK, or APIs.
• No circumvention of rate limits, access controls, or other protective measures.

Customer Data & End Users

Through the API you may send events, abstracted identifiers (such as reach_uid, which need not contain personally identifying information), and push subscriptions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and valid end-user consent for the notifications you send and the data you route through Amptune.

Beta Disclaimers

The service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. During the beta there is no service-level agreement and no uptime guarantee. Features may change, break, or be discontinued without notice, and data may be reset, migrated, or deleted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Intellectual Property

Moltke Benjaminsen ApS retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, SDK, and documentation. You retain all rights to your own data.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your access ends and your data may be deleted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Danish and EU law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
